Responsibilities Identify technical, CI, and operational risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure, and recommend mitigationsStudy the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gapsAssess emerging and commercial off the shelf technologies in support of operational requirements and applicationsEvaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with stated requirements;Integrate, test, verify, and validate end-to-end systemsDevelop data models, diagrams, flow charts, and other system engineering-related documentation to problem-solve, identify improvements, create standards, and facilitate cross-organizational collaborationTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsPerform technical trades and analyses in support of requirements developmentStudy capability feasibility and vulnerability studies and gap analysesApply an agile approach to software development consistent with the Sponsor's project management and software development frameworks Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph.Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Demonstrated experience managing AWS services including C2S,S3, EC2, Load balancers,ECR,subnets,autoscaling groups and users/groups,Lambda, MSK,SageMaker, Docker, Kafka,KMS andDemonstrated experience with Security controls including managing security groups, network ACLs (Role Based Access Control (RBAC) / Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC))Demonstrated proficiency operating in Unix/ Linux-based OSExperience writing and testing Python, Java,TypescriptExperience implement andoperatingsystems withAuditingtools,EnterpriseApplication Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution (OAuth),role-based access controls (RBAC)Desired: AgileDesired: JAVA,PHP apps in WindowsDesired: HTML and Bash ScriptingDesired: Cypher query language or Neo4jDesired: Database administrationDesired: TerraformDesired: Stand up and maintain stand-alone server for LLM training
