The Raptor (F‑22) software ecosystem powers the world’s most capable air‑dominance fighter. As the Engineering Project Manager (Level 6) you will own the cost, schedule, and performance of every engineering activity that fuels the continuous‑software release pipeline-delivering new capabilities, bug fixes, and sustainment updates at an unprecedented cadence. Responsobilities include:

Leading cross‑functional coordination with program management, cyber‑security, flight‑test, logistics, and supplier teams.

Accountability for cost performance - budget planning, forecasting, and cost‑control actions; partner with finance to close gaps.

Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and integration risks; lead weekly RMS (Risk‑Mitigation‑Status) reviews.

Performance Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs (release frequency, defect density, mean‑time‑to‑deploy, availability) and present dashboards to senior executives

Basic Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in Engineering, or a related STEM field

Experience with and strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques

Experience with EVMS and/or CAM

Final SECRET security clearance

Desired Skills

knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes

CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes

Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
