You will be the Project Management and Planning Operations Rep Staff for the Operations Excellence Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating planning activities, managing schedules and budgets, and driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Management and Planning Operations Rep Staff you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as the liaison between project management, planning, and line management, monitoring schedules and budgets, and delivering clear status reporting.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and status reporting to ensure alignment with goals.
Identify and resolve project issues, developing solutions that meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction objectives.
Support manufacturing execution for the Precision Strike Missiles (PrSM) program, coordinating functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
Analyze capacity and level‑loading, working with planners to optimize resource allocation.
Prepare concise dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications for senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in high‑complexity missile or aerospace manufacturing.
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Leadership Influence: Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, root‑cause analysis, critical‑path scheduling, and risk management.

Desired Skills

Green Belt Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred but not required).
Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and data‑visualization tools.
Experience with capacity analysis, level loading, and resource prioritization across competing program demands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
Demonstrated record of delivering results on missile or precision‑strike programs.
At least 1-2 years in a product‑lead or similar role.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
