You will be the Inspector Sr for the Inspection Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Sr you will be responsible for conducting visual in‑process and completed product inspections of electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, internal defects, and mechanical components to verify compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform visual inspections using measuring devices, micrometers, and fixtures.
- Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on inspection criteria.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions.
- Document findings and maintain inspection records.
- Support statistical process control and quality verification activities.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. citizen (required for this position)
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
- Location & Schedule: Available to work at the Camden, AR site on a 4‑day, 10‑hour shift (Monday‑Thursday) with the possibility of occasional overtime
- Education: High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use standard PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and web‑based tools)
Desired Skills
- STEM degree
- ≥ 1 year of experience in a related manufacturing/quality‑assurance role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics
- Familiarity with Apriso/SAP and or related quality systems
- Awareness of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Experience with circuit assembly, mechanical assembly, wire‑harness assembly, or other similar processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated analytical mindset and attention to detail; proven ability to identify problems and suggest process improvements
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
