Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time, Early Career professional to support our Finance and Business Operations organization. In this role, you will support a myriad of program finance functions including establishing and managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets, production specific performance analysis, and data anomaly root cause analysis and corrective action.
You will use your data mining and data analysis expertise to ensure data accuracy, and present those findings to Management. The successful candidate will have knowledge of basic business acumen and experience in Microsoft Excel, specifically navigating large data sets.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other Business-related field
~Microsoft Excel experience such as developing Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Navigating large data sets
~ Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills
~Basic knowledge of Tableau
~Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience
~SAP experience
~Data Analysis experience
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~ Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
