Seeking Behavioral Health Specialist - Mission Iraq for U.S. Government Support - Iraq (Baghdad & Erbil)
Cherokee Federal is recruiting experienced Behavioral Health Specialist - Mission Iraq to support U.S. government medical operations in Iraq. Provide on-site Behavioral Health support to Chief of Mission sites in Iraq through the Diplomatic Support Hospital. If you’re ready to serve those who serve, we want to hear from you.
** This role Is contingent upon award.
** Secret Clearance Is Preferred Or ability to obtain required clearance for the role
** Per contract, candidate required to work more than 10 hours as regular shift / Overtime hours / holidays and weekends
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen and possess active U.S Passport to qualify.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide Behavioral Health support at COM sites.
Provide services only while personnel are in-country.
Limit care to on-site services at Post.
Provide short-term Behavioral Health care to Local Nationals when approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
Support mental-health care and triage.
Notify PMO when a case involves danger to self or others.
Support stabilization and evacuation coordination as applicable.
