Your work will directly shape how USCYBERCOM J2 shares, protects, and disseminates intelligence across classification domains.What You'll DoAlign processes and technology to enable seamless information sharing across analysts and organizations within USCYBERCOM J2Leverage centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management systems to support mission requirementsDevelop information system requirements aligned with DoD and IC system architecture standardsCapture and update user and functional system requirements through user interviews, system reviews, and process assessmentsSupport creation of logical data models based on functional requirements; develop use cases for new applicationsInterface directly with users to define problems, assess data availability, validate requirements, and resolve system design issuesAdminister cross-domain data transfer activities (Low-to-High, High-to-Low, Secret) and ensure proper logging and complianceManage and track Government Laptops, CAC Readers, and peripherals for USCYBERCOM J2 personnelCoordinate and participate in all KM-related meetings and working groups; maintain and update requirements documentationAuthor and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives#USCCJ2 Qualifications What You BringRequired:ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearanceMinimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhDWorking knowledge of knowledge management concepts, information system requirements development, and IC/DoD classification guidelinesDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a KM team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and structured analytic techniquesUnderstanding of centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills - able to translate user needs into clear, actionable system requirementsPreferred:Experience with DoD and IC system architecture standards and logical data modelingBackground in information system requirements development or business process analysisFamiliarity with cross-domain data transfer systems and security compliance proceduresExperience with SharePoint, content management systems, or records management platformsKnowledge of USCYBERCOM J2 knowledge management infrastructure and intelligence dissemination systems12+ yearsof relevant experience, including work within the last 2 yearsMaster's degreein a related field -ora Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)Peraton drives missions of consequence - protecting and promoting U.S. national security at the highest levels.
