Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines supporting DIA's MARS OBI platform and associated analytic workflows.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Apache NiFi, Databricks, Python, or SQL to ingest, transform, normalize, and load structured and unstructured intelligence datasets into the MARS triple store.
Develop and maintain SPARQL queries, SHACL validation shapes, and RDF/OWL mapping rules per Ontology & Knowledge Modeling to enforce data quality and DIEKM/DICO semantic compliance.
Implement and maintain containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Fortify, SonarQube) containerization and infrastructure-as-code requirements.
Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression test suites; participate in TEVV protocol execution for AI/ML components contributing to QAF deliverables.
Maintain RMF documentation artifacts (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms), STIG compliance baselines, and ATO support secure storage and distributed network access requirements.
Ensure software deliverables comply with Government ownership requirements; maintain source code, version histories, container configurations, and deployment scripts obligations.
