Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship RequiredMust have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance10+ years of experience supporting FAA, DOT, NAS, DoD, or similarly complex federal programsDemonstrated familiarity with FAA organizations, modernization environments, operational stakeholders, and the realities of working inside or alongside the National Airspace SystemExperience operating in stakeholder-facing roles that require relationship management, issue triage, and cross-functional coordination across technical, operational, and executive groupsStrong ability to understand and discuss the technical and operational implications of modernization activities, even if not serving as the lead engineer or architectProven ability to translate complex technical, operational, and programmatic issues into clear written and verbal communication for varied audiencesDemonstrated success facilitating alignment where formal authority is limited and progress depends on trust, judgment, and follow-throughStrong organizational discipline, including the ability to manage multiple issue threads, stakeholder relationships, and action items simultaneouslyAbility to
