The Ideal Candidate

You think beyond features and roadmaps. You think in terms of systems, incentives, and technological inflection points.

You understand that the future of enterprise software is increasingly agentic, where software does work rather than simply helping people do work.

You are comfortable operating at the intersection of product management, AI, user experience, and business strategy, translating advances in foundation models and machine learning into products customers trust for mission-critical decisions.

You are equally comfortable discussing benchmarkmethodologywith AI researchers, product strategy with executives, workflow design with engineers, and operational pain points with intelligence analysts.

Most importantly, you are motivated by building products that fundamentally change how intelligence is produced-not by making existing workflows incrementally more efficient.
