• Business Development Support: Support capture and proposal activities, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, teaming strategy, and solution development.  Assist in identifying and qualifying new opportunities aligned with By Light's growth strategy.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary coordination point across internal teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical, programmatic, and financial objectives.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead or support special projects at the direction of the SVP, including market assessments, white papers, briefing preparation, and executive communications.
• Internal Leadership: Partner with Division Leads, Program Managers, Capture Leads, Contracts, Finance, and HR to drive operational efficiency and ensure program delivery excellence across the portfolio.
• Communications: Draft, review, and refine executive-level communications, including internal leadership updates, customer correspondence, and briefings to senior DoD officials and industry partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to translate complex technical and programmatic concepts into clear executive-level messaging

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, high-tempo environment
