We provide full-lifecycle data center and cloud engineering, 24×7×365 operations and monitoring, DCIM platform administration, analytics, and facility infrastructure reporting. If you want your engineering, operations, or analytics work to matter to someone, this is where it does.Position Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead complex data center engineering, modernization, capacity, resiliency, and infrastructure-optimization initiatives.Own the technical outcome for assigned engineering workstreams; guide junior engineers and provide design authority on reviews.Author reference designs and standards content across power, cooling, cabling, and compute domains.Serve as senior technical interface to VA stakeholders during design reviews, site assessments, and modernization planning.#VAIEO Qualifications RequirementsCurrently possess or be able to obtainVA Public Trust -High Risk (BI High) / Tier 4background investigation.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field; 8+yearsof data center engineering experience with a demonstrated record leading modernization/capacity work.Education substitutions (per Peraton Career & Compensation Framework): Master's degree substitutes ~2 years of required experience; Ph.D. substitutes ~5 years of required experience.
