If you want your engineering, operations, or analytics work to matter to someone, this is where it does.Position Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform CFD and thermal simulations to evaluate airflow, cooling, temperature distribution, and equipment operating conditions within data center environments.Author simulation reports and recommend containment, tile, and cooling configuration adjustments.Integrate DCIM sensor and BMS telemetry inputs into modeling scenarios.Support the Senior CFD Engineer on portfolio-level thermal analyses and design reviews.#VAIEO Qualifications RequirementsCurrently possess or be able to obtainVA Public Trust -High Risk (BI High) / Tier 4background investigation.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related engineering field;5+ yearsof CFD or thermal modeling experience.Education substitutions (per Peraton Career & Compensation Framework): Master's degree substitutes ~2 years of required experience; Ph.D. substitutes ~5 years of required experience.
