You will be the Subcontract Program Management Mgr for the Subcontract Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, and managing program risks.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end subcontract effort across multiple contracts and programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Direct and manage costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontractors.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans.
Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to ensure successful subcontract execution.
Oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through contract closeout.
Establish milestone objectives and monitor performance against schedules and specifications.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional experience managing subcontract‑oriented programs or projects, including responsibility for budget, schedule, and performance metrics.
Experience supervising or leading a team of associate managers, supervisors, or exempt professionals.
Proven experience communicating with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross‑functional peers (e.g., documented liaison or coordination activities on multi‑disciplinary projects).
Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues by analyzing multiple factors and formulating actionable recommendations (e.g., documented risk‑assessment or decision‑analysis work).

Desired Skills

Ability to set strategic direction for subcontract programs and align resources with long‑term business objectives.
Experience making high‑impact financial, staffing, or public‑relations decisions for large‑scale contracts.
Demonstrated skill in fostering cross‑functional collaboration and driving achievement of organizational goals.
Proven consulting experience on high‑visibility, long‑range projects or initiatives.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $116100.00 - $215700.00
