Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Management and Coordination of facility repairs and renovations, maintenance, utilities, and fire prevention; 2) Preparing work orders and managing the process through execution; 3) Responsible for the management of space allocation over multiple buildings; 4) Responsible for barracks management and occupation accountability; and 5) Providing and preparing facility logistical guidance, policies and procedures to Commands such as DPW public works and Construction entities. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Facilities Management Facilities Operations and Maintenance Facilities Reporting and Record-Keeping Facilities Requirements Analysis and Planning Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
