Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery of concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Developing, recommending and implementing budgetary/financial Foreign Military Sales policies; 3) Applying standard Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs to include the application of the FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure, in accordance with all policy & regulations; 4) Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial Foreign Military Sales execution data and resolving variances; 5) Communicating clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels.
