- Develop dashboards, reports, and other analytical products using Power BI, Excel, and related business intelligence tools.
- Support data requests from Executive Branch stakeholders by translating business questions into accurate, clear, and actionable insights.
- Use Databricks and Palantir Foundry, to prepare, integrate, analyze, and visualize data.
- Design and implement data management infrastructure to support reliable, scalable, and repeatable analytics.
- Automate extract, transform, and load processes to streamline data preparation and enable front-end reporting.
- Apply advanced data modeling concepts to develop efficient, maintainable, and reporting-ready data structures.
- Collaborate with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to promote accuracy, consistency, and confidence in reporting outputs.
- Document data sources, transformation logic, reporting processes, and technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual effort, and expand the use of data-driven decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule - onsite 3-4 days per week in Washington, D.C.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, data management, data visualization, and process automation
- 2+ years of experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- 2+ years of experience with Excel, and one or more business intelligence tools, sucj as Power BI or Tableau
- 2+ years of experience in SQL, Python, or other data preparation and analytics technologies
- 2+ years of experience working with Databricks or a comparable cloud-based data and analytis platform
- 2+ years of experience supporting ETL processes, data integration, or data management infrastructure
