Responsibilities Peraton Labs delivers innovative solutions and revolutionary new capabilities to solve the most difficult and complex challenges for government agencies, utilities, and commercial customers. With a distinguished heritage tracing back to Bell Labs, Bellcore, DHPC, and Telcordia, our experts pave the way.We are searching for a Technical Project Lead for our Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland location. This position will be onsite, 5 days a week. Primary responsibility will be to technically manage cost, schedule, and performance of R&D engineering projects.#PLABS26 Qualifications Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, physics or other related discipline plus at least 7 years of engineering experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in a project lead role technically managing cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projectsPosition requires an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibilityUS CitizenshipShould have robust knowledge/experience of EO/IR technologies , RF technologies or  Electronic Warfare (EW)technologiesExperience with military system RDT&E processes and organizationsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Desired:Ideal candidate would be EW SME with Army project leader experiencePrior DOD civilian project leader or military project/product manager.
