Manages the day-to-day activities for a moderately complex technical or non-technical project. Manages the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies. 

• Oversees day‑to‑day execution of assigned project(s) within the approved baseline, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitors and maintains project baselines and supports re‑planning efforts when variances occur.
• Ensures delivery of all assigned Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) items on time and in accordance with contract requirements, consistent with PM responsibilities.
• Facilitates team communication and maintains alignment between stakeholders, including customer counterparts, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Tracks all project action items, decisions, and commitments, ensuring timely adjudication and closure.
• Maintains and reports status of project actions to the Program Manager and relevant project leads.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks project risks and issues.
• Develops mitigation strategies and regularly reports risk status to leadership.
• Other project management duties as required.

• 5-7 years of relatable experience.
• Must be a US Citizen eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
