Leidos is seeking a mid-level MOE Analyst to provide data driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to produce evidence based evaluations of operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data driven reporting, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to work on a team in a fast paced environment and perform independently.
Primary Responsibilities
Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments
Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed
Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
