Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing the logistics and administration of a federal academic program evaluations, 2)Demonstrating ability to conduct research and program evaluations 3) Coordinating and communicating effectively with U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen, faculty, staff, and senior military advisors; and support program planning, execution, and assessment, 4) Preparing budget estimates, managing program operating funds, tracking expenditures, authorizing Government Travel Charge Card purchases in accordance with applicable policies, and conducting financial-record reconciliations to ensure accurate, timely, and accountable use of funds.
