ICR has opportunities available for experienced and motivated Hardware Test and Integration Engineers. Become part of a small, motivated team working on the forefront of counter UAS technology and systems in support of the most critical partners across the world. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analysis and testing of software applications for a variety of systems. Analysis and testing of system hardware (digital and RF) for a variety of systems. Validating, and verifying customer and operationally driven functional and performance system requirements. Develop automated and human assisted unit and system level tests to exercise critical aspects of the system. Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non technical audiences in a clear and effective manner. Primary customer interface for test related activities Build and fly small UAV systems for test and evaluation. Creating new equipment manuals, training, and references. Travel to various customer sites for demonstration and equipment installations. Required Skills and Qualifications Familiarity with Lab Equipment including RF Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Multimeters. Proficient with Virtual Machines using tools such as VMWare and VirtualBox. Experience working with a variety of systems such as desktop computers, embedded devices, and RF. Experience with common wired and wireless networking, including use of network tools such as Wireshark. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Linux, AWS and Web Applications. Ability to work effectively in small team or solo settings to solve complex problems with little to no guidance. Able to lift 40lbs. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Active Top Secret Security Clearance. Experience with continuous integration environments (e.g., Gitlab CI). Proficient in Python and/or other scripting languages. Experience with automated test and deployment frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible). Experience with various RF communications protocols/methods Experience with Web Application testing Experience troubleshooting using Digital and RF lab equipment. Familiarity with antennas and basic signal processing concepts Experience in building commercial off the shelf drones and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) Experience with various UAS flight controllers as well as MavLink, QGroundControl, ArduPilot, and Mission Planner software.
