As the Level 5 Value Stream Leader (VSL) Manager, you'll be working with other VSL overseeing a large development program. This role indirectly leads a matrix organization, is accountable for performance and profit/loss and may lead future bid and proposal efforts. Your role combines financial leadership, program execution, and customer engagement, and team development.
