AI Engineer The Opportunity: As a programmer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem solve to support transforming the federal government with AI. As an AI Engineer on our national security team, you'll build agentic systems, fine tune models, build RL environments, and make AI a reality for our clients. In this role, you'll contribute to the direction of mission critical solutions by applying best fit AI models and technologies. You'll grow within a large community of AI engineers across the company and collaborate with product teams, data engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver world class solutions to build agentic systems. skills and technical

Experience designing, building, and deploying AI chatbots end to end, from

Experience building Tableau dashboards and using system reports to make data easy to understand for end users

Experience using Python to build AI frameworks, JavaScript for AI integration, and cloud services for AI deployment

Experience with NLP, machine learning, APIs, and database management to ensure AI chatbots are useful and reliable

Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise systems Ability to write queries in multiple languages to extract and integrate data from databases Ability to evaluate chatbot performance using metrics and implement improvements TS/SCI

Experience advising customers on the best way to track metrics and measure success

Experience translating business questions into data solutions

Experience training clients to use and maintain Tableau or similar dashboards Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem solving and creative solution development
