As a Contracts Manager Manager Level 2 (Mid Level Manager) , located in Redondo Beach, CA you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Our Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading a team of contracts professionals who will be strategizing and conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiations and administration and customer contract activities. You will ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal and customer requirements. In this job, you will: Provide advice and counsel to senior leadership on contractual risks and obligations along with interpreting terms and conditions Oversee strategy, coordination, approval, submittal and negotiation of proposals Other duties as assigned As a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction.
