Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.

Basic

Experience producing and maintaining documentation such as CONOPS, SOPs, RMF artifacts, and technical manuals

Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaborative documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT terminology to support cyber programs Ability to organize complex technical information into clear, concise, and audience appropriate content Ability to collaborate with engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure clarity and accuracy in deliverables TS/SCI

Experience supporting Air Force or DoD cyber operations or engineering documentation

Experience editing classified technical documentation for compliance with DoD standards and security markings

Experience with configuration management processes and version control systems such as Git, Jira, or Confluence Knowledge of Agile documentation practices, including user stories and system release notes Bachelor's degree Certification in Technical Communication such as CPTC or STC, or SAFe Agile certification
