What You Will Do: Execution of the Supply Chain Program Strategy and Plan Execution, and reporting of material and labor budgets, earned value management, estimate at completion reporting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments Plan and execute supplier and subcontractor negotiations and performance management Plan and manage a dynamic material and services delivery forecast Generate supplier risk and opportunity management plans, including Six Sigma activities Support leadership reviews, including Gate Reviews, Monthly Operations Reviews, Program Reviews, and Customer Reviews Lead supplier assessments, sourcing strategies, and leading proposal development activities. Must be able to support
travel
requirements as needed Commitment to obtain MPM certification after

Qualifications:You Must Have: Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent r equivalentexperience and minimum 5 years prior relevant
experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years

Experience Excellent communication
skills (written, verbal and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work in an IPT environment. Must be a self starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal management, supplier management. Must be able to succeed in the high stress, fast paced environment of development. Excellent time management
