Essential Functions Loads & Dynamics: Under limited supervision, the candidate will develop complex dynamic models of launch vehicles, verify model quality, and determine steady and transient launch vehicle responses during liftoff, ascent, and staging. Performing multi body kinematics simulations for separation events like fairing deployment, staging, and spacecraft separation. Define scope of task, perform analyses utilizing appropriate classical and computer aided techniques, and prepare results for presentations and analysis reports. Contribute to the success of vital defense systems that protect the nation by supporting cutting edge development of upcoming long range missile defense interceptors, targets, space launch, and strike vehicles.
