The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem solver who is comfortable with complex technical challenges in both client and server environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced enterprise IT environment and is looked to as a "go to" resource for troubleshooting and optimization. What You'll Work On: Architect, configure, and maintain VMware infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across virtualized systems. Deploy, configure, and manage core VMware technologies such as vSphere, vCenter, VSAN, NSX, and other related products. Work collaboratively with IT team members to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues within the virtualization environment. Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for virtualization infrastructure, including system configurations and procedures. Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity strategies to ensure data integrity and system resilience. Plan, test, and execute upgrades and patching for VMware infrastructure to maintain security and performance.
