Experience working within complex, high volume, high value proposals of varying contract types [FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPIF, etc.].
Experience working with Basis of Estimate (BOE) tools and analyzing BOE quality.
Experience with pricing models and applications (ProPricer, Excel, and similar).
Experience with S Curve tools and analysis.
Experience working with and / or developing rates and factors Excellent problem solving and organizational
skills. Excellent oral and written communication
skills.
