IBCS connects sensors and effectors to work together into one command and control system. IBCS gives the warfighters expanded battlespace views, aiding quickly and decisive decisions. IBCS integrate across all domains, delivering advanced warfighter capabilities. Successful applicant will be trained to serve as a subject matter expert on IBCS, conducts formal training to military or defense clients and supports the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. Provide instruction in a classroom environment to the end user as well as field services in support of troubleshooting IBCS SW and HW. Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of program technical products, software (SW) and hardware (HW) systems. Duties and

Responsibilities: Deliver IBCS military training, on site, to the end user (US Army Soldiers) Supports training material developers and writers with review and validation / verification of training materials Participates in doctrinal development, embedded training scenario development, practical exercise development, test question development and after action review and analysis Assist with training event metrics such as student enrollment, student demographics, student attendance, student pass/fail percentages, suggested improvements to the course materials and training aids, etc. Assist in planning , preparing, and execution of IBCS military training Provides feedback to program leadership regarding system performance and end user comments Assists in troubleshooting IBCS HW and SW to include networks; ability to perform operator and maintainer level tasks on the system Performs R&R (Remove and Replace) of LRUs (Line Replaceable Units) in the field. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical and electrical systems Basic
