Qualifications:you must have: Typically requires BS in an Engineering field or the sciences (STEM with 5 years of 5 years ofexperience in manufacturing operations/engineering, systems engineering, controls engineering, and/or automation engineering; or 3 years with an advanced STEM degree in Engineering. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security
clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance.
Experience with industrial robots and programing PLC's.
Experience with industrial vision systems.
Experience with automation sustainment and troubleshooting, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
Experience with automation cell lifecycle: scoping
requirements and deploying new cells
Qualifications we Prefer: Active DOD Secret
Clearance.
Experience with deploying complex IIOT based systems.
Experience with Cognex and/or Keyence vision systems. Professional
experience with the full life cycle deployment and integration of automation systems (vision, robotics, servo, controls, etc.). Ignition development
experience. Python or other scripting
experience. Data analysis
experience. Strong communication
skills including the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders. Good knowledge of safety regulations (e.g. OSHA) and electrical compliances.
