What You’ll Get to Do: This role works at the segment/IPT level of an extremely complex system comprised of multiple segments, all of which incorporate mature and emerging technologies. As a Staff Hardware Design Lead, you will lead the Hardware Design Team and partner with other engineering function leaders to progress and mature the segment, and support critical engineering reviews and milestones (e.g. SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR). This position supports the full design lifecycle including development, integration, and test. This position will serve on site in the greater Baltimore, MD area. Experience with MBSE and

• Familiarity with hardware/software integration, test planning and execution, or operational support • Full custom circuit card design cycle (concept through production)

experience, e.g. FPGAs, DDR memory, high speed SerDes, and microprocessors

• Familiarity with project and task management tools: Jira or Confluence • Familiarity with data visualization tools: Tableau Primary Level

salary:Range: $155,500.00 $233,300.00 The above
