Primary responsibilities will be to support Operations production across a variety of fabrication and integration areas. This includes providing technical guidance to the Manufacturing team and owning the responsibility for the creation, maintenance, and review of manufacturing documentation. Additional responsibilities include process improvement, cycle time reduction, defect prevention and operator support. Individual will be required to participate in process improvement initiatives, establishment of process base line metrics, Defect prevention, and process data analysis. What You Will Do Developing, maintaining, and reviewing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designs Support for a manufacturing area, as part of cross functional team, by guiding the production team through process troubleshooting and incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP Dispositioning non conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required Driving Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making.
