This role serves as the Associate Director, Logistics, reporting to the Director, of Production Control and Logistics and is a critical member of the Leadership Team. Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking an Associate Director, Logistics, to join the Operations Leadership Team. This position will be responsible for Logistics functions within the Sensors operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities include inbound material flow, inventory management, material distribution, packaging, customer delivery and transportation. In this role you will be responsible for leadership and talent development opportunities to an organization of ~240 employees while maintaining a safe work environment for all employees and instilling a culture of continuous improvement. his position will collaborate across multiple functions including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain The Associate Director, Logistics will provide cross functional leadership of multi disciplined teams to include the coordination of resources and strategy required to support ongoing operations for cost, quality, and schedule, ensuring operational excellence across various processes from planning through production, and customer delivery. Experience with Six Sigma / CORE and Lean manufacturing processes. Excellent organizational, customer service, presentation, and team building

skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present to senior leadership. Understanding of Raytheon product structures and product technical details.
