The ASP Field Operations program is an energetic, multi disciplinary team of over 50 field support technicians working collaboratively with internal and external customers and programs to provide and support cutting edge airborne radar systems capabilities to our nation's warfighters around the world, and around the clock. This team is positioned at the tip of the spear, alongside the customer, providing direct support to ensure the warfighter has the most capable systems on the front line to meet the challenges our nation faces. What You Will Do: Participate in the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the sensor system. Conduct daily reviews with customers. Perform administrative tasks essential for system maintenance, including planning, coordination, task monitoring, shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory management. Utilize knowledge gained from and through field experiences to provide onsite technical support and assistance directly to customers when required. Communicate technical information effectively in both written and verbal formats. Collaborate with offsite engineering teams to troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs.
