Experience in developing test
requirements based on system specifications and system engineering requirement derivation. Self starter that can work with minimal guidance with the confidence to successfully engage, direct, and educate hardware leads on how they fit into the overall master test plan. This includes engineering, design verification, risk reduction, qualification, and certification testing that is specific to their hardware and ultimately augmenting the systems test. Capability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical personnel.
Preferred
Qualifications: Active US DoD Secret security
clearance, or higher. Systems Engineering background with test and evaluation
experience. Willingness to work fast paced development programs
Experience with tailoring and test planning to SMC S 016 guideline
Experience creating testing and maturation roadmaps to achieve a demonstrated TRL level
Experience in the development of test
requirements and constraints to ensure test resources are necessary and sufficient to meet program testing
