Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced systemsAsset Control Specialistto join our national intelligence program that delivers engineering, application development, deployment, operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client’s global missions.Responsibilities:Provideinventory level tracking and reporting.Provide updates and tracking of assets and materials incustomer’sServiceNowtool.Develop Bills of Materials.Resolvecomponentand asset compliance issues.Provide site assessments, surveys, and site survey visits upon the request of the Government.Assistin the tracking of assets and materials.Assist in developing project and plan projects reflecting IT assets and materials as related to “Tech Refresh”.Develop and plan for the asset materials, procurements, and the execution of procurement as related to “Tech Refresh”.Provide plans,monitor, and provide recommendations for asset lifecycle replacements.Utilize the customer Asset Management process to execute the sanitizationand decommissioning of equipment.Perform Equipment Decommission Management.Assist in developing and implementing an IT Asset Disposition Plan to address reuse, recycle, repurpose, repair or disposal of IT equipment in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.Completely uninstall, accountforand secure each decommissioned device.Monitor the state of all assets, purchase and receivenew equipment, and updatesoftware licenses.**Position is Contingent on Contract Award**
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearance.Minimum of 5 yearsrelevant experiencewithbachelor’s degree; Minimum of 3 years withmaster’s degree; Minimum of 0 years with PhD.4 years experience may be used in Lieu of a degree.Provenexperienceas an Asset Control Specialistor a similar roleDeep understanding of asset Lifecyle management.Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.Excellent knowledge of relevant laws,regulationsand industry standards (e.g.,National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST), etc.).Experience with asset management software and databases.Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communicationand presentation skills.Desired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.e-Stewards certification.
