Your resume must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Qualifying experience must demonstrate mastery in. -Experience applying advanced quantitative and qualitative management and program analysis principles to evaluate organizational administrative systems and advise senior leadership on optimizing workforce utilization and operational methods. -Experience developing and executing program performance evaluations, identifying systemic inefficiencies, and utilizing statistical tools, spreadsheets, and management software to analyze data and recommend actionable solutions. -Experience reviewing, drafting, and deconflicting complex agency- or departmental-level policies, directives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure full alignment with higher-echelon mandates. -Experience demonstrating well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to deliver executive briefings, persuade diverse stakeholders to adopt procedural changes, and manage cross-functional administrative initiatives across headquarters and the field.
