Responsibilities We are seeking aSenior-Level Systems Architectto provide technical leadership and guidance to Mid-Level and Junior-Level Systems Architects in the design and development of solutions for complex application problems. This role will supportAPI design, data services, platform services, cloud services, and infrastructure services, ensuring solutions meet user requirements, align with strategic goals, and maintain traceability to theEnterprise Architecture and Enterprise requirements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance to Mid-Level and Junior-Level Systems Architects in thedesign, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures, ensuring traceability to the Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise requirements.Guide the analysis ofuser requirements, procedures, and problemsto identify opportunities to automate or improve existing systems.Evaluatecomputer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitationsto inform architecture and solution design.Guide Mid-Level and Junior-Level Systems Architects in developingproposed changes to solution architecture designsbased on analysis of requirements and emerging technologies.Location: This position is fully onsite in either Chantilly or Springfield, VA. Qualifications QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree or higher inComputer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program, or equivalent senior-level experience as a Systems Architect.12 years' of relevant working experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.12+ years' of relevant, Senior-level working experience ingovernment or industryin relevant areas, including:Enterprise ArchitectureSolution ArchitectureData ArchitectureDepartment of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)Intelligence Community’s (IC) Program Architecture Guidance (PAG)TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.Desired:Master’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program.Working knowledge ofModel-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)processes, tools, and languages.Federated Enterprise Architect certification, such asCertified Enterprise Architect.Working knowledge of theUnified Architecture Framework (UAF).Knowledge ofGEOINT collections(e.g., GIMS) anddata management(e.g., NCL) workflows and systems.Knowledge ofimagery products and associated standards.Working knowledge of theScaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Experience across thesystems development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through testing and deployment.
