Standard Job Description
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
LCCS contract, coordination with the Javelin Maintenance Support Center and overall program performance. Responsible for managing contractual commitments and associated metrics of the Javelin Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) contract.
Position requires planning manpower, repair parts, and test equipment/tooling to meet current and future maintenance demands. Candidate will also be involved in program planning for CLU reconditioning efforts for delivery to international customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
- Familiarity with depot operations, supply support modeling, and maintenance planning specifically in the defense industry
- Experience working with customer program office personnel to plan support for fielded products
- Experience with Cost, Schedule, & Risk management
Desired Skills
- BS degree in management, logistics, or technical field with 5 years experience with logistics support of military products
- Knowledge of Javelin program
- International Trade Compliance experience
- International shipping processes and procedures
- Experience leading teams and/or efforts
- Experience in developing and presenting logistics support program materials to management and customer
- Positive/self-starting attitude that is not slowed by perceived roadblocks
- Self-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience leading others
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Security Clearance
- Ability to Obtain Secret
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
