Standard Job Description
This Project Engineer will own and maintain the long‑range Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the Navy customer to ensure all program objectives are met. This role will coordinate with multiple teams to evaluate various scenarios, identify optimization opportunities, and drive efficient program execution. In addition to schedule stewardship, this Project Engineer will support cost‑model development, creating a cost profile that aligns with and reinforces the long‑range IMS plan.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a US Citizen.
Desired Skills
- Long Range Planning Experience, including scheduling and Cost Model development.
- Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule and technical scope.
- Missile or space segment design and test experience.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
