Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and/or operations and recommend solutions. 2. Knowledge of supply policy requirements, regulations and computerized supply process systems, GCSC-MC and/or DPAS. 3.
