Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Having an extensive knowledge of Working Capital Funds and NSWCDD Business Processes and Policies, leadership of a team or organization, and knowledge of and experience using data analytics tools and methodologies. Examples of Qualifying experience: Knowledge of budgeting and financial management systems at Working Capital Fund (WCF) activity. Skills in all communication, researching, identifying problems, recommending effective solutions, and implementing strategic plans.
