Job Summary: The role of Sr Mechanical Engineer Automation Responsibilities include all aspects of the automated solution being deployed. Mechanical design from concept to model / drawing completion for moderate to high complexity required. Ability to work and support projects with minimal supervision. In this role, you will be expected to manage small projects with the design, component selection, obtaining quotes, make versus buy decisions for fabrication and assembly, tracking and maintaining schedule adhering to budget, and presenting status at meetings. Expected to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair deployed automation solutions, as well as the specification of robotics PLC's, sensors, thermal management design and temperature monitoring.
