Responsibilities: Lead and Develop a High Performing Engineering Team: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, from entry level to seasoned professionals. Promote software development best practices throughout the software development life cycle. Support Pursuit and Bidding Activities: Participate actively in pursuit activities, including bidding for new programs. Contribute technical expertise and strategic insights to strengthen proposals and secure new business opportunities. Optimize Staffing and Program Management: Manage staffing levels across multiple programs to ensure alignment with project schedules and resource
requirements. Utilize Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) methodologies to monitor and enhance program performance and profitability. Ensure Compliance and Process Adherence: Uphold Collins' standards and procedures, ensuring all engineering activities comply with regulatory
requirements and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
