Program Integrator, Senior The Opportunity: As a Program Manager, you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, ensuring our client's mission is our mission. We're looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the government client. This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to plan and execute large scale space and ground system acquisition programs. You'll help the DoD integrate strategic SATCOM systems across a large stakeholder community and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll develop acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You'll participate in source selections and perform technical evaluations of proposals. You'll orchestrate development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you'll lead meaningful acquisition support. experience with project management and leadership 5 years of

experience with systems engineering of DoD space or ground technologies and systems

Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work with internal and external clients within cross functional team meetings and professional environments Secret

experience implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies 5 years of

experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews

Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence Possession of excellent interpersonal

skills Master's degree Completion of the PMT 401 Course
