The Effector RF Products department is seeking a Senior Principal RF Engineer to serve as the Cross Product Team Engineer (CPTL) for a project on a critical missile program. This role focuses on coordinating RF hardware development efforts across multiple teams within the program, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across all RF systems on the product. What You Will Do: Coordinate RF Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and subassembly design and development efforts across multiple teams working on the program to ensure alignment with technical, schedule, and performance

requirements. Act as the primary technical interface for RF hardware development on the program, working closely with program leadership, systems engineering, and functional teams. Oversee architecture development, trade studies, and technical reviews for RF systems to ensure integration and consistency. Facilitate communication and collaboration between RF hardware teams, ensuring a unified approach to design, testing, and validation. Support integration and testing of RF systems, troubleshooting issues, and driving solutions to meet performance objectives. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure all RF efforts meet program goals and

requirements. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies related to RF development on the program.
